Named after the iconic single-seater fighter aircraft, the PXG Spitfire putter is 100% milled and ready to help you lock-in on the green and drop more putts. Tungsten weighting inserts, bold alignment aids, and PXG’s Darkness Insignia – a skull with the number 26 – are just a few of the standout features on this blade-style putter.

Originally introduced in the GEN2 Putter lineup, the pyramid face pattern has been re-engineered for maximum performance. Based on tour feedback and R&D testing, the groove depth has been adjusted to optimise feel and initial ball velocity across the face. The updated face design also helps ensure consistency in all significant factors that affect roll such as launch angle, spin rates, and skid distance.

The balance of a putter can be adjusted by changing the amount and location of weight in the sole. Based on the hosel selected, fine-tuning can further alter the overall clubhead weight, as well as influence launch conditions. The introduction of a high-density tungsten insert allows the CG to be moved farther away from the shaft axis, creating greater face angle stability and higher MOI.

The plumbers neck hosel orients the shaft axis midway between the heel and face center, resulting in a mid-toe hang angle which significantly reduces the rotational inertial forces.
